Field Partners
Each mission initiative will establish and build relationships with field partners. The field partner will facilitate short-term mission trips, introduce local culture and contacts, and help develop/implement an effective strategy that will lead to a missionary movement among the focus people. Global-i staff and Core Team Leaders will be the primary contact for field partners.
Field Missionaries
As FBCSmyrna sends people on mission, we pray that God will call out full-time field missionaries for each initiative from our missional communities. This will extend our reach into the focus people group and make it possible to fully implement strategies that will multiply disciples, leaders, and churches. Global-i staff and Core Team Leaders will be the primary channel for communications with field missionaries

Network Partners
Each mission initiative will be part of God’s greater kingdom work to reach the focus people with the gospel. As each initiative develops, other churches, agencies, and individuals will partner with FBCSmyrna at various levels to implement comprehensive missionary strategies. Global-i staff will be the direct contact for network partners.
