Ron Alley | Director of Worship
With
over a decade on staff at FBCSmyrna, Ron brings a deep desire to lead
others to engage God through the arts and experience life-change. Ron develops
musicians and artists to serve God and the church through their
talents. Ron and his wife, Jean, have two children, Ben and Becca.

David Cox | Director of Production
David’s Blog >> David
gives leadership to the many technical areas of FBCSmyrna, helping our
environments strive for excellence. Along with many editing and
technical projects he produces, David also leads a large and talented
volunteer team. David is married to Christy, and they have two
children, Joshua and Hannah. |

Micah Huebner | Worship Leader
Micah’s Blog >> Micah has been intregral part of FBCSmyrna since his time as a college student at Belmont University leading worship for the student ministry and other areas of leadership. MIcah joined our full-time staff team in January of 2008 as a worship and band leader. Micah is married to Ashley.

Michael ‘Sully’ Sullivan | Communications Specialist
Sully’s Blog >> Sully grew up at FBCSmyrna and became a Christ-follower through the student ministry as a high school student and then joined the staff in January of 2007. Sully combines a heart for ministry with a great talent for graphic and web design that allows the church to strive for excellence and relevance. Sully is married to Kristi.
